Our Philosophy
You are the driver of your therapy bus. Being comfortable with me as your therapist is most important in our therapeutic relationship. Once you begin your therapy journey whatever are your life concerns, issues they will be processed as you are at ease to share. Goals will then be stated and updated as needed. You are doing therapy for you, this counseling journey will be as you intend it to be. Ask yourself if nothing changes then will it change?

My therapy is based on a lifetime of experience and providing a non judgmental approach. I believe in a straightforward approach that includes feedback and guidance when appropriate. I specialize in working with teens through persons in their older years. I have concentration in areas of trauma, life phase adjustments, mood and personality disorders.

Introductions, Insurance and Self-Pay
We offer a 15 minute free of charge introduction to provide you an opportunity to meet with one of our therapists.
Insurance
Currently we accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield including BCBS State plans, Oscar, Oxford and United Healthcare.
Self-Pay
For those that would prefer to direct pay, we offer self-pay at a rate of $100 per session (a minimum of 50 minutes).
